Pork Chops Center Cut Bone In $2.99lb at Kroger

Pork Butt Roast $1.99 At Albertsons




1 Pound Pork Loin Sliced into 1/4" thick pieces

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Ginger

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 8oz Can Crushed Pineapple

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Teaspoon Corn Starch



Heat oil in large skillet

Lightly season both sides of pork with garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper and salt.

Cook pork 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through (no pink in middle)


Remove from heat.

In small saucepan combine crushed pineapple and juice from can with brown sugar and butter.

Heat until butter melted and bubbling

Whisk in corn starch and stir until thickened

Serve pork chops with sauce and favorite vegetable sides.
