I am very protective of my readers, and that makes me picky when it comes to what I will post, giveaway, & advertise. I never give my readers info away, EVER. I just had and experience at our local Walmart, in Pryor. They have changed their coupon policy. Now in Pryor if you have 5 coupons for 5 items(lotion) they all have to be rang into the register separately and if the coupon is for over the price they will not except the coupon. I ask to please see their coupon policy, which I have read a number of times, and a manager was sent to me and he told me the same thing the CSM told me again I ask to see the coupon policy and it was still not given. I ask for the overage to be put on a gift card and they still wouldn’t honor my coupons. I know stores have the right to change the policy some but they didn’t honor any of corporate policy for walmart. I left and took my coupons I have never been treated like I was a thief and that is how they made me feel.
I am sorry to hear that. That’s the strangest policy change I have ever heard. I would use their customer service email and tell them exactly what happened and where. Sometimes it is just a simple misunderstanding.

Thank you I will. I know that at some Walmarts they pull products that the coupon make free that I have had happen several times. But never have I had this happen. One Walmart limits to 5 items that I understand but not this. Thanks again.

Oh yeah. I’ve dealt with them many times and it’s usually just a matter of education. You wouldn’t believe how many managers don’t know their own policies.
