Believe it or not, a blogger’s life can get pretty hectic. We are always under a few deadlines and rarely have time to have a long break for lunch. That’s why I am always on the lookout for a quality, high protein meal that can be made very quickly. Well I think I found the perfect match for what I’m looking for in a meal, STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen.
STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen meals are available in 6 varieties.
- Steak Fajita
- Cilantro Lime Chicken
- Rotisserie Seasoned Turkey
- Bourbon Steak
- Oven Roasted Chicken
- Monterey Chicken
Each variety has at least 25 grams of protein and can be found in the freezer aisle of your local Walmart near the STOUFFER’S® Single Serve Entrées. I tried the Steak Fajita because fajitas are pretty much my favorite meal ever. The Steak fajitas are tender prime rib steak in smoked red chile sauce with a mix of red and green peppers and seasoned brown rice.
It took about 10 minutes to prepare and looked great. I put it a tortilla and topped it off with a little homemade guacamole and chowed down. I can’t even tell you how good and satisfying it was, even better than I’ve had in a few restaurants. (Not to mention less expensive and more quickly made)
