It is being reported that several people are seeing the game Mag for PS3 back on the shelves at Walmart. Apparently, they had some left over stock in some warehouse somewhere and are using the Holidays to blow them out. The problem? This game is an online only from over 5 years ago and all the servers have long been shuttered.
This means that this game is essentially just a useless plastic disc that has no game you can play on it and Walmart is selling it. If memory serves, they did the same thing with City of Heroes after those servers were shut down also.
So if you are looking for a game for your kids this Christmas, be sure to NOT get Mag no matter how cheaply they are selling it for.
