Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Cheese It Crackers
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Oil for Frying
Instructions
  1. If using whole chicken breasts slice into 1 1/2″-2″ pieces
  2. Heat 1 inch oil in skillet
  3. In large bowl mix together flour, crackers, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt.
  4. In small bowl beat together egg and milk.
  5. Once oil has reached temperature, dip each chicken breast into egg wash then dry mixture and place into oil.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy and meat thermometor inserted in center shows cooked to safe temperature.
