Ozeri sent me one of their Stainless Steel Earth Pans to review a few weeks ago and I am really impressed. I have used this pan almost every day for about a month and it has really held up well. Usually, most of the non-stick pans I use seem to lose some their “non-stickiness” after a while but this one works fantastic.
One of my favorite meals to cook is brussel sprouts. OK, it’s not really my favorite but Dian loves them so we end up eating them like 5 times a week. I usually throw a scoop of butter or a little olive oil in the pan but I’ve found that he non-stick surface is so good, I don’t even need that.
This is a fantastic pan, one that I would recommend if you are looking for a new skillet.
