Good morning 🙂
Firstly I just wanted to say that you and Dian are wonderful. My husband and I are both loyal fans!
In regards to price matching at the Mart. We just catch so much grief from the cashiers at our Walmart over price matching. Firstly they always ALWAYS demand that we show them the ad, even after having presented them with their own match policy that I printed and brought. They always call a manager and the manager gives us just as much grief. Sometimes even if we bring the ad the manager has to go ask his/her supervisor if its ok to price match.
We end up standing in line for a hour, and anyone “unfortunate” enough to have gotten in line behind us becomes very impatient and rude.
Its just very depressing to be treated with such disgust over price matching and coupons. The cashiers are snotty when we ask for matches and then especially snotty when we present our coupons at the end of our transaction, this combined with the snide and rude comments from the patron in line behind us is enough to make me want to quit sometimes. Several days ago I had a manager start yelling at me from three lanes over before she even made it all the way to the register and let me present my case!
But then I come over and look at your site, or Dians, and see the wonderful deals posted and I am reminded that this is about saving MY family’s hard earned mula! Therefore I shouldnt care how much others may loathe me for it!
Thank you for everything!

I love comments like this! All of hat comes from one person, the store manager and it flows from the head down. I would call corporate and let them know about the treatment you received, you never know that your complaint might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and causes Corporate to send someone to train the staff.
And you are right, it’s about your money and your family and if you have to fight, so be it.

What store did this happen in, I think I want to give them a call.
