Since starting this blog I have been contacted by readers many times with questions about couponing, Frugal Living, Walmart’s policies and procedures, and various other little things. I figure if one person is wondering about it, there might be others so this will be an on-going feature to answer the most common questions that come up. If you have a question, add “PastorAarn” on Skype or email me at groceryshopforfreeatthemart [at] gmail [dot] com.
Can you stack coupons at Walmart?
Short Answer: Not the way you normally do. You can’t stack like at other stores, for example Target will let you stack a Target coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon on the same product. But there is a way to “stack” a coupon with a price match. Some grocery stores will advertise something at one price, then show a “store coupon” with a lower price. Here’s one example:
That’s a Safeway coupon that tells you the final price so you can price match that price at Walmart, then use an additional coupon on top of that and save even more. Technically, you just stacked coupons!
